From the A1Enter Bedford from Great Barford on the A428 (Goldington Road). At the MFI roundabout, turn right into Norse Road. Cross straight over three roundabouts into Wentworth Drive. Cross straight over the next roundabout into Avon Drive. At the next roundabout (after a small row of shops), take the 3rd exit into Waveney Avenue. At the mini roundabout, turn right into Brickhill Drive, continue straight over the next mini roundabout which leads up a hill and into Manton Lane. The Travelodge is on your right.From the M1Turn onto the A421 direction Bedford. Continue on A421 for 9 miles. Eventually bear left onto A6 (Wilstead Road), continuing straight onto A6 (Ampthill Road). Continue straight on through a number of traffic lights. After 2 miles take 1st exit onto Brittannia Road (Bedford Hospital on left) At lights turn right, then at roundabout turn left into Prebend Street (A5141), at next roundabout take 2nd exit following Ashburnham Road (railway station on left). At double mini roundabout, bear right then immediately left into Shakespeare Road. Cross straight over next roundabout into Manton Lane. Go straight on passed traffic lights into Brickhill Drive. The Travelodge is over the hill on left.The car park at this Travelodge is barrier operated and is situated to the rear of the lodge not the front as this is private parking. N.B.
